Diatomite stone mat is a natural and environmentally friendly bathroom absorbent product. Its fast water absorption function is popular among people, but many people ignore these points.

A. Does the diatomite bath mat need to be cleaned?

The answer is yes! Many people use the new diatom mat directly. In fact, this is not the right way. When you get a new diatom mat, you should wash it with water first, and then put it in a cool place indoors to dry.  When the natural diatom bath mat leaves the factory, there is some dust on the surface, which needs to be cleaned.

B. How often should the diatom mud bath mat be cleaned?

If you want the diatom mat to last longer, you need to clean it once a week. If you find it troublesome, you can clean it once a fortnight or once a month, but be careful not to let the diatom mat dry in the sun. Otherwise, the service life of the diatomaceous earth mat will be shortened.
